What is The Asher Standard?
It is how Asher Health runs. One shared set of tools, meetings and habits that every department uses, so everyone knows where we are going and how we get there.
Why EOS?
EOS (the Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a proven, simple framework. It gives us clear vision, clear accountability, honest numbers, solved issues, documented processes and steady follow-through.
How does it connect departments?
Every team uses the same building blocks: one company vision, one accountability chart, scorecards, quarterly Rocks and weekly Level 10 meetings. Issues move up and across through the same IDS method.
What is expected of you?
Know your role and your numbers. Complete your assigned training. Show up to your weekly meeting prepared. Raise issues openly and follow through on your to-dos and Rocks.
